Gym Weirdos

In Hate Order:

1. Screamers
-people that must let you know how hard they are working out by grunting, groaning, and exhaling really loudly. These people are cocksuckers and deserve a huge punch in the mouth.

2. Mirror Posers
- this is my most recently added of gym weirdos. I saw an asshole in the gym the other day that really pissed me off and made me feel bad for the human race. He was flexing and posing in the gym mirrors after each set... I don't mean regular flexing; I mean poses you would see on bodybuilding.com. This guy is not even that big and has next to no definition. I'd like to hit him as well.

3. Tough Guys

-guys that aren't tough in the literal sense, but they do believe they are tough as they stare you down at the water fountain, steal the bench you were using, or just not move out of your fucking way when you are passing by.

4. Cancer Lats

-people that hold there arms out too wide when they walk as if their lats are inconveniently too big for there arms to have any room.

5. Dumbbell Droppers

-people that drop and throw their dumbbells down to the floor causing enough noise to draw attention to themselves. These cocksuckers frequently fall in the same category as screamers.

6. No Gains

-people who quite simple go to the gym all the time, but don’t gain one pound of legitimate muscles because they don’t have any fucking idea of how to workout and they have no friends to give them advice.

7. Lifers

-people that are constantly in the gym merely because it is their social outing and they know some other regulars who attend the gym.

8. Powerlifters (fat people)

-I am not talking about the alternative to mass building, but merely the people who lift as much weight as they possibly can all the time. This is not only stupid but unhealthy. And really, who gives a shit about how many pounds you can lift! The goal is to be healthy, strong, athletic, coordinated, enduring, and most importantly . . . . . shredded!

9. Spandexters

-people who wear the tightest fucking shirts on the planet to show off their muscles to all the other dudes. Sounds gay to me.

10. Benchers

-These people have to be the dumbest people in the gym because they literally do flat barbell bench presses for their entire workout for each visit to the gym. Do these idiots actually think they will progress?
